Excitement about Web 2.0 and Social Media in a Wired Government

The GSA recently signed an agreement to enable government agencies to use new media. When asked which they are using now and plan to use in the next 12 months, respondents indicated that wikis and blogs continue to be the most frequently used Web 2.0 applications, as APQC has found in prior research.
